2014 EBR 1190SX 12833.5 miles. error code P111X active intake solenoid system fault. I opened air box, discovered the filter was pretty cloaked up so I cleaned and oiled the filter thinking that might solve the problem. Took it for a ride and almost immediately it threw the same code. I can get a new solenoid for less than $10.00. Anybody have a recommendation of what else to check for this fault? Thanks in advance! |

Remove and throw in trash then buy EBR race ecm? Or you can disconnect and install the Buell resistor to eliminate the code. |

That's odd, I've had the solenoid removed now for a year or so, first time the code should up. I have the resistor from my 1125R that I can stick in the EBR. I guess I was thinking that sensor in the air box was the culprit, since I've had the A.I.S. out for as long as it has been! I'll stick resistor in there tonight and take er for a ride! |
