I pulled front wheel from my SX to put new skins on it. I checked the service manual to see if the front rim has one or two rim spacers, I have one on the rim but don't recall one on the opposite side. Can someone identify the part number and quantity required for purchase. Next question is where to purchase a front sprocket and rim shims, I was thinking I'd call the EBR dealer in Wisconsin to see if they have parts to sell. |

Front wheel only uses a spacer on the brake side as the stepped axle acts as the spacer on the other side. I don't have the p/n at the moment for the spacer but it is the same as the small brake side spacer used in the 2010 Buell 3 bearing rear wheel setup, as are the external dust seals and the bearing sizes (though they use different brands in OEM, NON in the 2010 XB and NACHI in the EBR). |

Thxs on the spacer, I thought for sure I lost one when I took the wheel off! Also I found the part number for the front sprocket. Does anyone know if Vortex or someone makes a steel rear sprocket? I'm still using stock gearing with 520 chain 41 teeth. Thxs in advance! |

Yes. JTsprockets makes steel rear ones for less than $30 (E-bay) The center hub on them is 120mm, your wheel hub is 117mm so the factory sprocket is hub centric, and the JT is not. Even with the bolts loose, theres no play in the JT, I haven't had any issues with it at all 3K miles. |
