Well I had no takers for my 400 mile EBR 1190 sx, so I have decided to try replacing the fuel pump. Numbers on the OE pump are: Carter 61522, 111208, 13373. Bought a pump on Ebay that doesn't fit although it was supposed to. Any idea where to get just the pump? |

I'd try taking it to an auto parts store and visually matching it. If you can find one with a crusty old dude working behind the counter you'll have a better chance of finding something. |

Fuel pump adventure has been a dead end. Tried OE supplier Carter but they say pump is proprietary OE only. Bought a few that looked similar from Walbro but they are all about 1/4" to tall to fit with stock mounting. So far I have a lovely 400 mile ornament but will continue the search. Will advise if I find a replacement. This seems to be a weak point. |

You might give this guy a try: http://motoenthusiasts.bigcartel.com/product/fuel- pump-kits He sells Buell XB replacement pumps and offers several options. He might have some good ideas on how to source a replacement for your EBar. |

What is different between the 1125 and 1190 pumps, if anything. |

Im pretty sure Rob Weaver of crotchrocket.TV made a pump for his RS few months back and it works well. The pump may work by adding your OEM parts. That is what he did. Look it up on facebook, 1190 owners group. |

Forgive me but I thought EBR was going to supply / sell replacement parts for the 1190's? Are u stating that EBR does not have any in stock and cannot get u one? Been looking at the 1190SX's at Action PowerSports again but if you cannot buy replacement parts what is the point? EBR Motorcycles, LLC (“EBR”) located in East Troy, Wisconsin will continue to operate in East Troy to honor warranties and provide technical and parts support to current dealers and riders who bought motorcycles manufactured by EBR. EBR will begin a wind down of production operations. EBR will continue to review strategic alternatives with interested investors regarding production operations. |

Hdmc_in_cider the pump was sourced and put back together for a fraction of the cost of paying full retail. I would buy a new EBR without worry. I have two of them even. Don't worry about parts availability, there are enough parts bikes around to supply what you'll need even if the factory can't. |
