Author Message   Laguna1190sx Posted on Sunday, July 12, 2015 - 07:03 pm:        Hello, I have been a lurker on here for a while, I have a 1190sx with almost 1000 miles on it, so far I love the bike, but just this past weekend it started to randomly shut down on me. I have traced to problem to a bad ground connection for the ignition, and key relays. So far I have found the grounding points on the rear of the frame, as well as the one up front on the head tube area. However, Neither of these are used to ground the relays. The ground point was fine, but about 12 inches back in the harness there was a bad splice. When I cut off the heat shrink all of the wires came apart.
