My dealer is leading me to believe that parts will still be available since the parts side was handled by parts unlimited. As for labor, it'd not a hard install to do

Think twice...
If you ride the canyons. or do any track days, drag race...you are putting weaker springs in the clutch itself. This lightens the load on the clutch plates.

I'd suggest some personal grip exercises first.

And yes, I drive my RX on the SoCal freeways during the peak volume times.

Remember "Parts Unlimited" is a reseller not a manufacturer. If the parts are not being made, you don't get them from anybody.

That is correct. When Parts Ulimited's curren inventory runs out that will be it unless the actual makers of the parts offers them direct to them for re-sale.

At this time we do not know if that will happen or not. The EBR dealers are being shut out form getting any info just like everyone else right now.

Meoff 69 I'm detecting a pattern here. I picked my 2008 1125R in 2012 and EBR shortly released the RS. Hopefully be driving a RX home by the end of the week. Good luck for EBR?

South Bay Performance (Triumph, Norton, EBR) in Lomita, CA has an aftermarket clutch fix for the EBR 1190's that is a much lighter pull than the EBR clutch mod.
Better ask them the price though
