I am sure it was a closed course with only professional rider. No problem. Don't try this at home. Passenger bikes governed at 55 mph. Please read the safety manual before riding.

Yep, I'd guess Cory did it on his own, then EBR's lawyer saw it and nearly had a heart attack. Wheelies and clear shots of the speedo at well above the posted speed on a public road? The horror!

Maybe someone can get Cory to provide us with a copy now that EBR is off-line.

EBR neither had, nor needed, heavy handed lawyers.

Common sense sufficed.

Try posting such a video of yourself on YouTube.

It actionable.

EBR had zero risk. Cory had TONS of risk.
