http://youtu.be/qTK6fG9V-L4 This is a video of my first race on my new EBR1190RX at Roebling Road Raceway in Savannah, Georgia this past weekend. The bike is stock with the new EBR exhaust/ECM. The exhaust/ECM has made a big difference in horsepower throughout the whole rpm range and especially in the midrange where it's incredibly strong now. It fires off the corners with huge vigor now! I love this bike. Pat Mooney. |

Why were there 8 bikes parked on the track Pat? Maybe they just looked like they were parked. Thanks for posting! |

I hate watching stuff like that! It makes me want to drop 50lbs and suit up. How many different classes were on the track with you? When I raced at Nelson Ledges they had a "Buell" race. There would only be 3 or 4 Buells on the track but they would run a couple of light weight classes at the same time. Not that I was wicked fast... but when there are single cylinder motards wicked out at 90 mph in the straights... it can get kinda hairy |

Nice! Kind of hard to watch though, it's only 6 degrees here with snow up to my ass still. |

Your bike sounds great! Who were the guys on bicycles on the track with you? Isn't that kind of dangerous? |

Glad you are enjoying the video, I had fun racing the RX. And if anyone says the ZTL brake is not powerful if you look closely around the 4 minute 8 second mark you can see it lift the back wheel at 155mph going into turn one! AHRMA had put the Open Two Stroke class out behind us which made for some large speed differences. 99Buell I did put an Ohlins rear shock in it, just because I had one, the front forks are bone stock and I actually ended up racing it with the stock settings, that's how well set up the forks are from EBR. Yeah that was really cool to watch - nice ride man and thanks for sharing. Looks like you were consistently just under a buck sixty on the straight, I think I spotted 158 on one of the laps. So nice |

No AMA races planned for this year. I'll concentrate on AHRMA and WERA races for 2015. Pat Mooney. |
