This seems like the best way to get your product in front of the eyes of perspective motorcycle buyers! |

IMO it is all about the market. I think this year EBR is focusing on bringing the price down and relying on the dealers more to get the product out there. |

Probably no budget from EBR to cover the expenses of hauling bikes around to 11 cities across the nation. EBR should have leveraged and worked with the dealers local to the cities that IMS is being hosted in. Get the dealers to bring at least 2 bikes to each show and have a person there to maybe answer questions about the bike like they would in a dealership. |

The IMS hasn't been the same since 2008 when the recession hit. Now that things are in the upswing, the manufacturers should collaborate together and start getting back into the IMS scene. I think motorcycle ownership will be back in full swing within two years and the manufacturers should start preparing and planting seeds into the minds of the consumers today. The down side is that I predict interest rates to rise significantly in the next two years which will cause temporary fear and cause a slowdown in the economy (thats the purpose), however, with all of us that are scared from the recession will overreact. I predict that they news and media will be doing their part to reassure us that its all apart of the business cycle and we should all carry on and have fun. The days of living in an illusion are over and its time to start prospering the right way. |

So, at last year's IMS in Phoenix, I offered to loan the RS to the dealer for the show as he had no bikes yet and they were going to have a booth anyway for their rental business. They declined. Hm. |

I loved the Long Beach show this last time. There was a dealer booth with a huge EBR sign and an RX & SX that they were more than happy to let sit on and fondle. Hope to see more (new models?) next time. |

I was at the Chicago IMS on Saturday. Very large crowds with lots of people looking at motorcycles and accessories. What else is there to do in Chicago when it's 9 degrees outside! The exhibit that seemed to draw the most attention was the Harley Davidson Live Wire area. With all the attention that motorcycle is drawing, they would be crazy to not bring it into production! But then again we all have seen that company screw up things! |

I find it amusing that the Buell didnt fit HD's profile but an electric bike does? |
