At least no EBR bikes. Just found this article: http://www.autoevolution.com/news/hero-wants-a-pie ce-of-the-european-market-with-its-hx250r-at-eicma -live-photos-88400.html# At least they're impressed with the EBR-designed HX250R. |

I think it's funny that the article was about the 250R, and most of the people oogling the bikes were looking at the Hastur behind it. |

Yea, I noticed that too. Of course the HX250R looks like it's ready for production, while the Hastur still looks like a (maybe non-running) prototype. |

BINGO And . . . . a sharp marketing team should take a close look at what's happening here. You take a fairly attractive gal (we'll ignore the schnoz and the fake Christian Louboutin's for the moment) . . . pose her seductively on a brand spanking new motorcycle and not a soul looks. Instead . . . counter to all the instincts imbued in us to insure the propagation and survival of the species . . . they look at a GREAT looking motorcycle. I'd have that Hastur in showrooms in time for spring 2015 riding season in the USA. I'd be willing to be that . . . based on a visit to an EBR dealer today . . . that having the Hastur in the showroom would do more for EBR sales than the current efforts. Yes. . yes . . . I know . . the only one gazing a the gal in red is the other gal . . .this has all the makings of a great grade "B" movie plot. |

Whatever you can say about the motorcycles, I'm fairly certain her legs go ALL the way up! |

Unless something has changed, the 250 is not coming here anytime soon. I was told at the AIM Expo, at least a year out. And I was told the Hastur is an "engineering exercise". The 250 has some odd ergos. I am damn short, and when I sat on it and put my feet on the pegs, It was very cramped even for me. But it does feel very light. The seat is too wide at the front, making the bike feel a lot taller than it really is. It is just not sorted. Hopefully the Hero guys checked out the R3 at the Yamaha display. They freakin' NAILED IT. |

I don't know whether they go all the way up, but they certainly do make an ass of themselves. And they definitely go all the way to the ground. |
