Chris Ulrich quote: I used to think of Erik Buell's motorcycles as nice botique bikes that worked pretty well, but could never truly compete against bikes from the big volume manufacturers in stock trim. My opinion has changed after riding the 1190RX ... it also out performs the more expensive 1190RS both on paper and on the racetrack. |

Thanks for the quote, Steve. Good to see you posting BTW. I'm very interested to read the whole article. |

I'm a bit out of touch with Erik's recent stuff, and I usually hang out on Big Bad and Dirty. Is the 1190RX a Ulysses type bike. What does it look like if it is, please? |

Turf- you're a bit more than a bit out of touch! The 1190RX is the EBR super bike; it was released in October 2013. According to what Erik has said in the press, it will be followed by an 1190SX naked/streetfighter and an 1190AX adventure bike. Go to www.ebr.com for lots of photos and info on the RX. |

Ah, that's the one I'm waiting for, Hugh, the AX. Thanks. |
