Dino, thanks for sharing those pictures. They are absolutely stunning. You have an eye for details in the landscape that most people miss. The haystack, green leaves and grey ones below and the lone sunflower - nice. I've always enjoyed your photos, and thought of you as a landscape photographer, these support my thoughts. However, that being said, I also have at the office above my desk my all-time favorite portrait of Al and Zach, taken up at Montecito by you... Thanks for sharing your talent with us! Joanne |

Indeed, you bring up a good point... Char not only "dances with turtles" but also paints beautiful watercolors - "Scrubbin tires in Sequoia" is in the front office, and gathers many positive comments... Hmm, does she paint and dance with turtles at the same time??? Joanne |

if you and Al (and Zach!) ever get the chance, do NOT pass up the opportunity to spend some time with Dino and Char and their collection of cool, cuddly and crawly creatures and critters - it's heartwarming, educational and entertaining (and sometimes quite comical!), all at the same time. as an added bonus, Char may give you a tour of her studio, which is a treat all by itself. new Indian name for Dino: Cavorts with Strange Woman.

Hey, good to see you back and posting pics, Dino. I look forward to what you're seeing. What sort of bird is that on your wife's shoulder? |

"new Indian name for Dino: Cavorts with Strange Woman." New Indian name for FB: He of Vast Understatement. Joanne - I was very happy to be able to capture that moment for you. What that photograph lacks in image quality, it makes up for in...well you know what I mean. And I know that Char was thrilled to have Scrubbin' decorating the front office at American Sport Bike. Lornce - Well, that would be a chicken. Now before you get the impression that my wife is so strange that she'd go out and get a chicken for no good reason, let me explain. Char felt sorry for our one-eyed crow, Ziggy, as he doesn't have a buddy with whom he can perch. Char thought that a chicken would fill the bill nicely. However, the chicken is going to have to get considerably bigger before there's much chance of her moving from the "tender morsel" category to that of "perching buddy". The crow may be out of luck by that time. A couple days ago, Char found the chicken curled up on the bed with the dogs. |

How 'bout a pic of something that actually has and engine in it. At least I think it still had an engine. Saw this on the way home and had to stop and shoot it.
