Thursday I was working late and my wife called and said OZ666 was at the house. So I came home. He was wanting to go out for some beers. Let's see: Yoga...Beer...Yoooga.... Beeeer. Beer it was! So Friday and Saturday we were at a college open house with my daughter and they had an "all you can eat lunch". So I did... Will have to crack down this week. No backing out of Yoga tonight... |

Through out one's life there are things you can do, and things you cannot do. For me prunes are on the list of the latter. Thanks, I will do apples, oranges, and bulk fiber supplements. It will all come out in the end!.......... |

Don't let the numbers fool you, Plateau is normal in weight loss, just keep after it, Great Job Guys!! I got down to 190, it has gone up and down a few times through out. |

I left for a five day business trip in Detroit on Friday and weighed myself before I left just to see where I was. I weighed 187, so I gained 3.5#'s from five days of eating and "having a beer or three". I really have to crack down this week! |

5/4/10 - 219.6. Now that is a number that puts me in the BMI category of yellow/orange. My first trip out of the red category in some years! I can feel it now! I'm wasting away to a mere ton!! Soon the wind will not remember my name, as I will no longer be blocking it's path! Funny thing happened this morning. I finished eating an apple, the phone rang as I was taking a sip of water and I began choking on a little piece of apple. The person on the other end of the line told me that eating healthy would kill me! |

Well, I finally did it! I did the Thursday night Yoga! I got so bored with it in week one that I found every excuse not to do it again. It even got to be a running joke at home. With not dropping any weight lately, I decided to buckle down. These short, stubby limbs don't bend a well as those slim chicks on the video though... I'm sore in a whole different way today! |

Looks like I'll be doing my weigh in Wednesday or Thursday again. It is 22 miles out to the weight loss clinic, so it is difficult to squeeze in a couple hours off during the day early in the week, and they don't do weekends. |

I did P90X my own way Monday, Chest, Shoulders, Tri + ab ripper Tuesday, Back, and Bi Wednesday, Plyometrics Thursday, Chest, Shoulders, Tri + ab ripper Friday, Back and Bi Saturday taught a BRC Class (I was going to do Plyo again but my BUTT was dragg'n from class) Sunday, Taught a BRC Class I'm going to do this for the next 3 weeks and see how it goes. I like the weight lifting stuff a lot better than the Kempo and yoga stuff.... go figure |

I like the weight lifting stuff a lot better than the Kempo and yoga stuff.... Yeah, me too!! I've been trying to follow their schedule. But have several times considered doing what you are now doing. Tonight will start week 9 for me, so at least I'm back into the weights. I have noticed a difference doing the Yoga, and actually don't mind it as much now that I've gotten somewhat used to it. I'm NOT planning on working on being "BI" like you though!! |
