Sounds like a great trip... one of my life goals is to travel up the west coast by motorcycle someday... It'll give me something to do when the kids are out of the house... |

This is basically the route. Little Tujunga/Elizabeth Lake run not shown on first day. The maps are a little messed up and I think it is a software bug, not user error. But its close enough. San Diego to Tahoe (There are two pages to this map) http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&oe=UTF8&start=0&num=200&msa=0&msid=113442678590329488351.00046f300901e726284e9&t=h&z=7 Tahoe to San Diego http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&msa=0&msid=113442678590329488351.00046f3011f441300e855&t=h&z=7 (Message edited by reindog on July 21, 2009) |

Thanks, Jerry. Did the picture of the Thunderdome bring a tear to your eye? |

Hey Jerry, I've got a Blue S3 here that would love to be taken up to there once again.. she sits lonely these days in between the Uly, 1125R, and XB9S, and isn't getting enough attention. If you and Denise could figure out a way to get to the left coast for Columbus day weekend to rescue her from her sad neglect, she'd be happy to show both of you the way over the Bostrom highway again up to Montecito.... Mr Bueller, The honor of your presence front and center on the Hurl Deck is most humbly requested. Of course, your most incredible SO is responsible for wiping the spittle off you after we are done partying with you. Hope y'all can stowaway on a plane to join us. Being smack dab between Oktoberfest in Munchen and Oktoberfast in Montecido is not an option. Choose one. Choose us. PS: I'll even let you hump my leg, you naughty little puppy. (Details of this story available only to Oktoberfast attendees at the Dandy Cabin. Dandy, indeed). (Message edited by reindog on July 22, 2009) |
