I'm registered!!!! I would like to say that Mr BadS1 has been pretty tired after all of this week and I would just like to say the dinner was excellent and It sure was fun to meet all of you Buellers that I usually see here on the web. I do have A LOT of pictures!!!!! Not to mention Erik Buell on video. It all turned out pretty well. I would just like to say thanks to everyone who attended and who were involved with this and I hope there will be another in the future. |

Hey all, Geez where do I start???? Since I had lock jaw at the dinner I guess its easier for me to put it in words, I guess on the Badweb. But, i'll try to do better the next time around. It's been 2 days and I've had to catch up on a lot of work this weekend, so... Sorry if I have not posted. I would have to say that the 20th turned out awesome!!!! I miss all the BUELLS and the people that rode them. Not to mention I think I have made some great friends while doing this thing. My GOD a whole year has past and It feels like we just got started and now its over. I would like to thank so many Tony aka Spiderman,Dennis aka LakeBueller. I would work with you anytime!!! Chris aka CJM, John aka M2me, and Greg aka Dyna you all did an awesome job on the poster. Court for all of your help you are the best!! Jason and Heather for helping with Team Elves T-Shirts and Oh yeah Heather with the "Chaser Vehicle" could not have done it with out you. Blake for an awesome web site we all could not have communicated without it!!! My wife, Mrs Bad S1 for putting up with me and all of my time on the computer as well as taking pictures and video taping the dinner. And last but not least Erik Buell for his commitment for making this all possible. And giving us the most fun on 2 wheels. Thanks Dana aka Bads1 P.S. With all you guys braggin' uphttp://www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/board-post. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/board-post. the 20th there is nothing left to say but ditto. I was especially impressed about how well the ride from Hal's went. Thank you to the stop light monitors. And , of course meeting Eric again was super. He is as nice as I remember him from the 'barn' in '88 when he first gave me a tour. Lyle on Tour 3 was just as knowledgeable in '03. Everyone was talking of their ride home so I'll mention my S3T (plate #1) ran very well in the 90 degree weather back to Legend Lake in spite of a 1 1/2 inch screw picked up about 95 miles from home. (I heard a WAP! WAP! WAP! in Oconomowoc so I stopped but saw nothing out of joint so I thought it was the tar-strips). During my pre-ride Thursday I found it and un screwed it. I guess 5212 was all the mileage I was going to get after all on the original 205's. I also caught a wasp in my shirt. He got in three good stingsclipart{cyclone} before I could stop. Let that be a lesson to me to always wear long sleeves. Thanks for reading along and letting me in the Bad Weather Bikers.\clipart{bullethole} |

Looks like the Weather God's really took a liking to the Bad Weather Biker's and the Buell 20th. Monsoon season appears to have arrived a tad early this year and the HD 100th just might be cursed with severe storms all week long. Yikes, with all that is planned, that could kill the local economy. Sure hope the dealers and promoters have rain insurance.

I checked intellicast this morning since I rode in today and wanted to see how soggy my shoes were going to get at lunch and it looked like it was supposed to clear up by Wednesday for the main arrival of the masses. But as always the weather often has a mind of it's own. Will probably be 70° and dry when I ride home, or snowing and 32°. |

Dana....I'm hoping that the "powers that be" at BRAG will take this as a bit of a slap upside the head. Maybe they'll bring back the homecoming. If not, I think we should only worry about a birthday party every 5 years. Otherwise, it won't be special. Just my $.02 worth. I can't begin to thank everyone enough. It actually brought a tear to my eye to see all those bikes at the factory. I attended the last 3 homecomings and don't remember seeing that may Buells together at one time. My only regret is that I missed the dinner and BattleTrax |

The dinner was great. You got a rather large round of applause when I thanked you and said you couldn't be there. |

If anyone took pics of The Poster and The Card, it would be a cool way to commemorate this thread by posting a pic of each. The one in the other thread of Erik holding the card and the commentary following was nice. Congrats to all who made this event a happening. |

Hey Crusty, I forgot to thank you again for the oil drain plug. That was really cool that you thought to do that for all of us. One question though, how much of a horsepower and torque increase can I expect when I install it? |
