Anyone riding through Georgia should make an effort to hit 221 North into Louisville, Ga and take US 1 Business into town. Stop off at The Broad Street Bistro. Mostly pics and a few little stories about being on the road. Right now we are in Rutland, VT and heading towards Bangor, Maine. so today my race ecm came in and i decided that i would put it on before i go to earl smalls to have my tps re-mapped. after my buddies and i got done eating at hooters we rode back to my friend hunters house and put on my ecm. i started driving home and it was running so lean b/c of my jardine and the ecm that it would just die on me randomly. i pull back into his driveway after four or five re-starts and i put my stock one back in. and when i start it back up some old guy that lives next to hunter was walking up his driveway and got right in my face and started screaming at me. he was so close that if i stuck out my tongue i would have licked his nose. he was prolly 70 and 6'4" and 300 lbs. he was upset that i had my bike running past eleven. i explained my situation to him and he proceeded to tell me that he would kill me if he heard it again. then i told him that i had to go home so he would prolly hear it and that if he was going to kill me he should do it now. he was a Marine in vietnam and he got shot in the head. he has SOME mental issues. im filling out a police report tomorrow, well i guess later on today just in case something else happens ill be covered. sorry about the long post. |
