Erik Buell is a God. My '05 Blast with 36,000+ miles made it from Florida to Maine and home again without so much as a mechanical flutter. 17 days, 4,414 miles, it will be weeks before you could wipe that smile from my face.

Hey, new member here from Baltimore. Just wanted to thank everyone for the participation here, I'm going to California via Route 66 and back in 1 week on my XB9S. Everyone I talk to is basically taking bets on how far I actually make it cuz they don't think the Buell can handle it. I went searching for some support and here I found it. I'm feeling alot better now about the trip. I can't wait. Doing it solo and camping along the way. See ya on the Pacific! |

Kaydo Im sooo Jealous! That sounds like an awesome trip! I live in Baltimore too. When you return we should meet up and go for a spin and you can tell me about it! Last summer I rode to GA and TN. Did the Dragon. It was sooooo cool! This summer I rode to NY and VT. Did the Americade rally up on Lake George. That was pretty neat too. Other than that Ive just been doing long weekend trips to different places. This past weekend I went to see the Grand Canyon of PA. I had never heard of it till a few weeks ago. It was way pretty! A few weeks ago I rode to Moundsville, WV and toured the old WV State Pen. That was neat. It was on a few tv shows. Its said to be haunted. While I was out that way I rode into Ohio's Wayne Natl Forest and found some old covered bridges. I would do all of those trips again in a second! |

Supafast, Is there a particular town near the PA grand canyon? I have never been there and it is on my list and probably not more than a few hours away. Sounds like you have been doing some good rides this year. |

Uni: amazing... after reading your post i had to go find out what RAN was. that's incredibly helpful. I just printed out a list for all the states I'm riding through. Thanks. Supafast: that's funny, my parents just went to the PA canyon too i had no idea there was one. i'll have to ride up there sometime. Oh and I love going through Tennessee, it's the prettiest state I"ve ridden through to date. Although granted, until a couple days from now, I've only been as far west as Arkansas. |
