Yes, and I'm going to be adding my little bit to Bomber's big adventure...
Now you'll need a fairly recent(in the past year or so) version of Adobe Acrobat reader to view this fancy 3D PDF. Once it loads up, if you click and drag your mouse around, you can rotate the 3D model. It's pretty cool. Try it Clicky Here to see the 3D model |

LOL! Maybe my next run of 'em. Looking at your profile, I don't see that you have XB heads. The XB heads have one of the screw holes moved in, so Bomber couldn't have used his stock mount in the 1st place. I offered to make him one, since I was making 3 of 'em anyways for some friends of mine who race tubers. I will be doing a run of "normal" tuber/thunderstorm mounts sometime later this spring/summer. I may be able to throw an extra in to the CNC machine for ya |

That'd be damn cool, as they look to be real nice-I still have the original. No XB heads, got the t-storms. good to see all is still moving along bombs...South of the border, didya head to roselawn? |

This something you may need soon Bomber?
Sorry for the bad quality cell phone camera pic. Just proving that I did actually DO something physical, and not just virtual stuff I made ONE so far, just need to drill the 13 degree angled hole for the top isolator portion. Is your motor together and ready to go? Otherwise I may send this to someone else for test fitting, to make sure everything is correct. |

Bomber... if you are near Cincinnati (Lebanon actually) and need a break, you are welcome to drop over and borrow the 9sx for a nice ride along side the Little Miami... I'll preload you a nice route in the GPS and everything.. It works better two up then you would think, so if the young lady wants a victory lap, thats an option also |

Reep -- thanks for the offer, sir -- I'll be in Oxford, which is hardball distance from the Indiana line -- shes' pretty darned stoked, as you might imagine, so a victory lap has alrady been taken . . . . Steve -- missing the Crud Run is a sadness, certainly, but, hey, the girl's worked hard for four years, and I'm looking forward to busting buttons watchin her grab that most expensive piece of paper, ya know? ;-} as for homecoming, I'll distill my earlier comments (several paragraphs) to this: What the heck were they thinging, scheduling it over the 4th of July weekend, and then hushing up for the next two months -- sheesh, you'd think the folks in charge were home-remodeling contractors, or sumpin'! Is the music gonna be by Elton again? diatribe over, and thanks for your patience ;-} |
