Not riding yet, still a few weeks off. Did get my front rim back today tho, looks gooooood too. Now I just have to get the rear rim done, rear fender painted & some final wiring yet to do. Hoping to have it done by the 27th. BTW..what topic is this dude in that is so pissed off. Need to go give a fellow SOBO a hanky. Screwed Over Buell Owner  | ||

I read it & I fail to see why you got upset. Buell/Harley & their bullshit corporate asshole ways are trying to scare him into giving up something he created. They dont have MyBuell copyrighted or anything & I fail to see why they would be assholes about it. Probably the same reason they screwed with Chop & had his ebay ad yanked...cause they wanted to be jerks. Your defense when they in turn attacked you was that the 20th was planned as a celebration for Erik & not for Buell. Well a lot of folks consider them one & the same. Perhaps they feel if Buell the company screws them over or plays games with them, then the man they are named after is surely responsible? I've got entirely different feelings on this subject & the 20th as well, but another time & place would be more suitable. | ||

If you go read the earlier postings you'll see where HD-Legal offered to buy the domain name and offered to recoup him for any financial costs associated with setting up the web site, you'll also see where somebody at HD/Buell-nonLegal was in communication with him before his site went live. I'm thinking he might have a case, especially since he's in international law now and had some implied agreement with his mybuell site name (if I read it right). I'm also thinking maybe I should look into acquiring the buellmyonlybike.com or .org or .net web name and see if HD-Legal offers to buy it from me. Okay, I'm off before I get TYPED at.  | ||
