well seeing as we are getting a set schedule almost in the works, here is a draw up. Wednsday August 20th 9am--10:30am........Regestration @Hal's Flag and last min card signing Pre-stage for ride 11am................Leave Hal's for East Troy 12pm................Arrive at East Troy 12:30pm.............Present Erik w/ card 1pm-3pm.............Factory tours Self guided tours 3pm-?...............Do your own thing Thursday August 21st 10am-3pm............Self guided tours 5pm-?...............Dinner at banquet hall ( pre-regesterd guests only) Friday August 22nd 9am-?..............Farwell party at Uke's Bike show Battle Trax | ||

Since host hotel is in Racine and I live here I may know a few night spots for after some of the activities that we could meet at and get to know other fellow Buellers | ||

Spidey...I was thinking we could get some volunteers for the Thursday tours. We could have a couple of 1/2 day things and a couple of longer tours. If I can get off work for all 3 days, I'd like to guide a tour over to the Prairie du Chen (sp?) area. Or maybe a Wisconsin Dells run for some go kart racing  | ||

Lake have you talked Infusino's about food yet? If you haven't let me suggest you stick with the Italian foods that they are very known for but all there foods are good. | ||

I figure we should keep it open. This way everyone can form there own groups and do there own things. This way every one isn't limited to GO DO THIS or GO DO THAT. I figure some local Buellers can plan some routes and tours. Specially Thursday morning and Friday afternoon for those who aren't into Battle Trax. In case anyone missed my plans. I Plan to show up the 19th to meet with everyone and help set up if needed. | ||

Dana, Actually, they include some Italian in their buffets. I was thinking of something like this: Green Salad Italian Salad Relish Tray Parsley Potato Salad Mastaccioli Baked Lasagna Chef Carved Prime Rib Baked Chicken either BBQ Baby Back Ribs or Baked Cod Canolli & Cheesecake for Dessert I was also thinking about having an Antipasto Tray, Cheese Tray & Chicken Drummettes before dinner. We can do all of this for $25.00/person. If we cut the hors d'oeuvres, we can save some $$$. I really don't care if we have the hors d'. It was just mentioned at some earlier point in the conversation. Spidey....I wasn't thinking "structured" rides. I thought it would be nice to list a few "options" for people. Someone mentioned a trip to the S&S factory. That would need to be arranged prior. I'll leave that to whomever feels like planning something. I already have my hands full with the hotel, banquet & sponsorships. | ||

I thought it would be nice to list a few "options" for people. I think that would be helpful, no one is forcing anyone, just an OPTION for those who don't know Wisconsin and would like someone familiar with the area to show them some of Wisconsin's great roads/rides !! A nice gesture !! CJM  | ||
