We have this posted in another section of the Bad Web but I want all groups to know and all BRAG members that are not in a chapter to donate also. We are gonna Create a Large 16 by 22 inch 20th anniversary card to help celibrate the 1983 RW750. I am gonna talk to Leslie during the Poconos adventure to see how she can help us. Then on a date to be announced later all Buell riders and BRAG members will meet in Chicago to ride up to East Troy to Hand Diliver this Card. I am thinking about doing most of the hard work like puttin the majority of the card together. If you would like to contribute please call me or e-mail to let me know what you think or when you could do this. Thank Tony. Welcome to the 20th Anniversary thread!!!! Rest assured that we are working hard to finalize some details for this event. Before we can get everyone a schedule, we need to confirm events with various people & locations. To help clear the clutter, we are asking you to help us in the following way: Any and all input is welcome. HOWEVER, please forward your ideas to either Dennis (Lake_Bueller), Dana (BadS1), John ( Bomber) or Tony ( Spiderman) directly via e-mail. Email us by clicking on the appropriate BWB screen name. Thanks MikeJ Once we have a better handle on things, we'll be asking for all you Buellers to help make this a success. In the meantime, please keep tuned and keep sending us your thoughts & ideas. Thanks again!!!! |

Question...Does this mean that this thread is strictly for information trickling down from "Heaven" or are we allowed to make comments here? Suggestion...use this thread to post information and questions the "Holy Trinity" (Spidey, Bads and Lake) has of the general population and request responses be sent to the appropriate individual via email. Just looking for clarification... |

pot stirrer I think it's a quadinity, or whatever adding one to trinity makes it. Would help to restate the initial plan or program again. What events are being considered for which days. Then maybe at some point make a sub-thread where people can chime in or out as to if they are planning to attend, or as their personal plans change or take shape. I think you had the card presentation on Wednesday, a B-Trax hopefully planned for Thursday, and something else on Friday. Would also maybe be good to consider a carryover gathering for people planning on staying in the region the following week. |

Left Bomber out as he is too down to earth to be a deity. Sainthood fits his SOP better. LOL |

LOL...See what happens when I put myself in charge of something But seriously, we (the "Holy Trinity" ) have been slowing working on this since August Started on the "You Know You Own a Buell When" thread by Spidey. We're ecstatic to see so many people interested in this event. It is soon to become an "official" regional BRAG event. The reason for the email request was to streamline all the different ideas. This is a great place to post your enthusiasm for the event. Please don't feel like your input isn't important. We just want to get more concrete data before this gets too out of control. Speaking to you from heaven Mennis |

That was the most intimidating smiley I could find. I was really looking for something like an angel but CMJ has the corner on that market(looking for some brownie points) Yep..like listed on the Buell web site and everything. If BRAG can't get their events in order, we'll have to start taking the bull by the horns and have our own fun |

Okay....Here's my motion for a schedule of events: Wednesday, August 20th: Gather at Hal's for greet & registration Ride to Buell Factory for card presentation Guided tours through Kettle Moraine Free evening for tire kicking, bench racing,For CMJ: Beer drinking Thursday, August 21st: BattleTrax at Uke's Farewell Dinner (location TBD)more beer drinking Friday, August 22nd: Free riding throughout the state for whoever is available. I don't want to be discounting people's ideas. I'm just trying to streamline this whole process. This seems to give everyone a mix of what I'm hearing people want. Some riding, some tire kicking, alot of fun. If I get a second on this motion, we can starting moving forward ================================================== Dennis.. Lets not discount the idea of Great lakes dragway for wednesday night. There may be a number of folks who would be interested, & if so I would like to see them raise their hand. Drag strip from 6pm to 10pm or so & then bench racing after could be doable. Just an idea for everyone. Also, why is the dinner scheduled for thurs& not friday? Just questioning, as I figure if people are here for weds & thurs, most likely they also have fri off. Friday could be a day of free riding as you state. Or it could also easily be setup as a "poker run/dealer run" & the winners could recieve their "hopefully donated" gifts at the dinner that night. Guess the mileage, that sorta thing. That way your running around the southeastern portion of the state has a purpose. Just tossing ideas out there. Everyone & anyone feel free to comment. |

Ezblast...you ridin' or flyin' to the event. If riding, perhaps you can get with one of the Holy Trinity and try organizing a Ride Home like the Harley Folks is doing only on Buellistic Roads. Oops, I wonder how many days in Purgatory I get for posting this? |

Has the idea of a bike show died? Personally, I love walking around a parking lot, checking out what people have done to personalize their rides. Couldn't there be a show on Wednesday night? Nothing fancy, maybe just some burger joint that would let us use their lot. I'm not real big on drag racing, but I love bike watching. Plus, I could get to place a name with a face and a bike. It's going to be fun getting to meet everybody. |

Crusty...Consider the same message for you that I posted to Ezblast. Would think that a bike show could be incorporated into many of the events already posted. |

Bill, I dont know about simply sending ideas to the Holy trinity. I would kinda like to get them out here so people can see & hopefully vote/pick & choose, etc. Like I said just tossing out stuff that pops up. |

Ok first I do not want to be refered to as the trinity. Second This is so stuff doesn't get too confused. Third Everyone step back, take a breather and enjoy. This is gonna be a good time had by all. A few more details to be ironed out then we raise hell in Wisconsin. Remember don't take life to seriously you will never get out alive |
