What makes them so damn loud? I like the full faired one, but could not ride it for more than 5 minutes due to that unruly noise. What i am talking about actually is not loud (it is loud,) but I guess the tone, the characteristics of which are not pleasant to the ear. I don't think of straights on a harley as a bad sound, loud yes, but not unpleasantly so. That sound is not pleasant.
