Just want to say thank you to all the Badwebbers again and Happy Holidays! Thanks for all your support after my accident. You all touched my life for the better. I am still paralyzed below my hip, but I am very happy to say I'm still here and still enjoying life. I was able to continue living at my house and have a new car equiped with hand controls. I want to mention a few names of some pretty great guys; Brian "Bubba" Gardner, Joe Willoughby, Blake and EriK Buell. I'd also like to send my prayers and thoughts out to the families of Andy Spiegel and Daryl Levesque. Count your blessings, ride safe and enjoy the Holidays! |

You mentioned you had your car set up with hand controls, Is there any plans in the future for a modified Trike Buell? Glad to hear things are going well and continue to do so. |

No Buell trike. Maybe something with a roll cage like www.go-t-rex.com...? |

Yeah!! A T-rex would be much cooler than a modified Buell! |

Ted, Thanks for the thoughtful Holiday note. I caught part of an off road closed course truck race yesterday in which one of the front-runners had his truck fitted for purely hand controls. He had a motorcycle twist throttle integrated into his gear shifter and steered with his left arm/hand. Was really cool to be able to see the in-cockpit shot as you could see all the driver's control actions. If you hear from that Bubba character, tell him we all miss him terribly. Cheers, Blake |
