I wouldn't mind having a simple four track audio recorder and the StereoPhonics New CD. I'm easy. The House I bought this last year should really cover me for a few x-mas's. |

Hey fellas, I sure don't miss KBR chow If you get to Doha, and you can get off, Fudruckers is a wonderful break :-) Go out the gate to the Bling-Bling brothers and get many Rolexs for Christmas presents :-) Take care and come home. Redhat, Where you staying at Arifjan? When I left we were moving a data center from Doha to Arifjan -- major PITA, but much better than the GZ and Victory. |

I know what you mean about the chow . They have us over in Zone 1. The data center could use your help. We keep losing connectivity. The hardest thing has been learning to speak Army. Firebolt, I'll look for you next month. We should be packing up around the same time and heading back to the Land of the big BX. To get back to the thread, I'd have to say I'm wishing for a seat on the Rotater headed home. |

I feel for you brother. If the earth needed a big old honking enema your really close to the insertion point. Your also somewhere in router hell -- how well I freaking now that fact. My wife retired me from working OCONUS so no more road trips to K, I, A. She's turned me into a big old vanilla piece of worthless crap. Take care, be smart, come home. Later. Greg |

Bigdaddy you have hit the nail squarely on the head. This ain't Hell, but you can see it from here. I tried to talk my wife into the idea of me becoming a linguist and she said if I would have to work over here that I could visit my kids on the weekend, alternate holidays and for a couple of weeks during the summer. I decided to take that as a compliment and leave it at that. The hard part is not knowing when we're leaving. The Army can't figure out when our relief is going to get here. Oh well, kinda hard to get irritated when they change the plan if there is no plan. |
