Does anyone have any comments on it? Any performance info?
It did not come with a gasket or bolts to bolt it up to the carb though. I got the breather kit also. I will be removing my knee-bashing hypercharger finally!!!!
Got a killer price on all of it on closeout since it was one of only two left.

yes, looks exactly like the force.
The weld on the inside of the elbow isn't pretty, but I guess it doesn't really matter.

well I put the force on my motor an lost close to 10 HP

But then again my motor put out 91 HP with Lightning cams and a race style cleaner.

To experiment I put in 536 cams and the force and was down to 87.

My buddy put a 1250 kit with stock XB heads and ran 103 on the dyno with no air cleaner, put on the force and went down to 91.

Then again these are highly modded motors, I am sure with a stock T-storm motor it will be fine.
But never limit yourself to YOU get some Dyno runs done.

I had to do it, I have been banging my knee for 2 years with a hypercharger and just couldn't take it anymore.

Hey man more power to ya, just givin you the personal experience I had with the Force style air cleaner.

Like I said if you have a T-Storm motor with no Major mods your cool.

Were you running CV carbs on both of those motors? If you were and didn't hog out the float bowl breather channel then that's why you saw such a pronounced drop off in power. In the testing we've done the Forcewinder will match the Buell Race air cleaner in 1203 and 1250 motors, no matter what the modifications. The only time it really starts to show any weakness is in the larger 88" kitted motors. Aaron wrote a whole explanation of how to correct the problem elsewhere on the board if you're interested.

I've got a Forcewinder on my 1250cc motor with stage III thunderstorms, .536 cams, Mikuni 42mm, stock ignition and Force pipe and it made 108 rwhp with 93 ft./lbs. with the air cleaner on.

The 1250 Motor was with a Mikuni.
My bike has a CV carb and yes the float bowl vent was hoged out.

I bet you would gain a few horse if you take off the force.

BTW here is a comment from Aaron regarding the Force...

Today I tuned 2 different bikes that had Forcewinders.

Bike number one didn't mind the thing too much. Made 111hp without it and 108 with it. Most any aircleaner I've ever tested costs a couple hp, except the Frontier.

Bike number two made 95hp without it and 86 hp with it. Damn thing was just killing the motor.
