I just returned from Bike Week in Ocean City Maryland. God, I love my XB. What a blast. Of the literally thousands & thousands of bikes there, I saw maybe a half dozen Buells, two of them being Badwebbers. Personally, I revel in being "Different in every sense". Don't get me wrong, I really do enjoy the whole Harley scene and by and large they are some of the nicest and friendliest people around - despite the "look". But for a group of "rebels" they sure all do act, dress and look alike. I have to chuckle at all the poorly tuned V Twins popping and backfiring down the road. Everywhere I went people looked at and were interested in the XB. Even Vinnie from Orange County Choppers took it for a ride. Many thanks to Badwebbers Steve Heller and his friend Craig for a great high speed run through the back roads of Delaware and Maryland. The only downside was the bird sized grasshoppers that make quite a mess when hit at 80+ MPH. |

Steve, Anytime. You fortunately missed the actual bird sized bird that my buddy John hit right after we left you. It was messy but we had a good laugh,it could have been much worse. SteveH |

Jerseyguy, couldn't agree with you more. Been to a few bike meets and laugh my off at most of them. Rebels?, different? Last meet i was at 3,500 bikes were there, I had one of three Buells and one was chopped. Half these supposed bike experts didn't even know what it was. |
