Anyone know where to get I can get the precharger cover for K&N 3680 filter for less than what Forcewinder charges for it. $29- come on, for that! |

Last- I bought Honeywell #38002 filter media for a room air cleaner for $10 from Home Depot and cut it to size. Almost exactly like pre filter from K&N. enough for many other uses. I wrap it around my custom made oval. Absolutely no restriction and catches most things. Just wash occasionally or change. Very inexpensive. Bob |

On the other hand........ Yes it's expensive, but you've got a steady job and we're only talking $30. You've already wasted too much time fretting about saving too little money. You should put this kind of time in trying to save 10-15% on a $300 or $3,000 purchase. |

hit outerwears - my stack filters only cost 5 and the filter booties are around the same price - they are the mfgr, and know CAS4 sells the same stack filter for 20. You can find a link for them in the Thumper links section. GT - JBOTDS! EZ |
