It is supposed to not only work on the injection but also on the ignition advance as well so a step ahead of the techlusion & PC3... On the HD this fully replaces the Delphi ECM. From 1995 to 2001 HD had a two runner intake manifold controlled by a Magnetti Marelli ECU. In 2002 they switched to a Delphi box and a single plate intake manifold. Buells use a ECU from VDO that operates with different inputs. S&S has a replacement ECU for 1995-2001 and 2002-2003 HD's. It is not compatible with Buells. The power commander is pretty much your only option. Jeff
