There are no 2002 Firebolts. You should be able to find some 2003 models still on the floor somewhere. If not, you should be able to find a used one for sale on ebay or elsewhere. I know a guy here in Kilgore that would like to sell his. he likes the bike, just needs to get the loan off his back. |

Mike, I realize that for some reason you dont attend any of the Brag events in the area..even tho we live in the same damn town! But Racine has a couple 03's, Hals has some, Milwaukee HD has em. Quite a few unsold 03's at the various dealers around here. |

Hi Dyna, I found one. Gonna pick it up Tuesday. I guess I should check the Brag schedual and see what is happening. There is a great group of guys I ride with. One guy that posts here (Shane t bolt) is one of them. Lots of Guzzi riders and such. We usually head up to Milwaukee or Lake geneva. We take those nice scenic roads. You are welcome to join us if you like. We need more Buells. There are only three of us at the moment. Regards Mike |

Shane has done really well on the B-trax courses in the past. I will hook up with you guys this year for some riding. PS..the Brag deal is ok for meeting up with fellow riders, but it gets bogged down with too much bs planning & talking & not enough riding. |

Bubba had mentioned selling his and turning some of the cost over to the Ted fund. Dunno if that offer's still good or not. |

It's a long story; and you really don't want to hear it. Actually, I think we ought to get a fund going to get Dyna's lightning fixed. I mean fixed right, so it'll be as reliable as my M2 is. Think of what an asset it would be to have Dyna praising Buells as strongly as he was dissing them! And he would be praising them once he could ride it without fear of it taking a dump. I bet one of the sponsors of this site would be willing to cut a deal to fix it so it wouldn't break every time he tries to ride it. Hell, it would probably generate a ton of business for them. I'm not sure how much engine damage there is, but it shouldn't be ridiculously expensive. Maybe we could all donate a part or two, then all it would cost is labor. Dyna belongs on a Buell. I've met him, and he's definitely one of us. |

That's a great idea. The Fix Dyna's X1 Fund. People could donate money, parts or labor to get that X1 back on the road. I read that he was going through some legal stuff about the bike so I don't know how that might affect things. |
