I had a fellow by the name of Al and his wife from Grand Junction CO in the store today. HD riders. They couldn't speak highly enough of your dealership and your service department. Especially your service department! You all must be doing a great job down there! Just wanted to give you a pat on the back! Stopped there on our way home from Estes Park. Ryan, do like Frank does and head on up there. It's probably only a 2 hr ride. They have LOTS of Buells, no 2010's yet. There are 4 Buell dealers within 80 miles of here and a dozen H-D dealers. We all carry virtually the same products. The only way to stand out is our Service and Customer relations. There are very few dealers I actually like and trust and HCHD is one of them. I would really like to see PPHD out of the Buell business. At one time it was a great dealership until the previous owner sold it. I do not buy ANYTHING from them.
