When the stars line up it is a glorious thing. I may be able to make it. A lot of things have to happen first. My contract is up on 1 Oct. That is the day I am unemployed. My new job (actually the same job but as a civil servant) may not start until later in Oct. If that is the case I am packing the Uly and heading that way. It is only 1,500 miles which is a good two day ride. I will be camping (I will be cheap, after all I will be unemployed) and looking for free beer. Frank | ||

Frank, I became unemployed last fall shortly before Buelltoberfest. I took advantage of the opportunity and used my unemployment checks to fund my 2500 mile adventure to see the Georgian mountains and and listen to good stories from fellow Buellers.  | ||

We're trying to figure it out here, as well....gotta work the schedule, and the logistics. Does Kim want to spend 10h on the back of the Uly...or will she have enough practice to ride her M2L...or will she be in a "chase truck"? Decisions decisions...but once we make one, I'll put a note in the other thread Frank - if we don't make it (or even if we do), you can always detour through MD. Plenty of beer here for ya! | ||
