I know there are more than a few Crackberry addicts on here, so here it goes... My wife has a BB Curve, she tried to sync some music from our desktop that has the desktop manager installed on it. I don't know what she did, but it wiped out all her contacts, music, etc. just like it was brand new. Anyone know how to get all the info back w/o having to retype everything back in? Thanks for your help. |

Looks like all is lost. While I was gone, she called RIM/BB and they walked her thru a firmware upgrade. So I seriously doubt now that she basically did a new install she gets to reenter all her info. She is quite the impatient one.... Oh well. Thanks anyways... |

I did that with my Palm once after I dropped it and it reset. I didn't think about changing the setting that had the handheld overwrite the PC instead of the other way. Now I keep the data on 2 PCs so if I screw up again I can still recover it. |
