That mean lookin machine is beggin' for the slim tank and the leaner meaner tail section/seat. That'll flat out murder your ass, but it looks soo much better. Rides better too. Nice and slim waisted. You like 'em slim waisted don't ya? You ought to give one a try. Also, lose the rear fender/ and you'll have a perfect match. Enjoy Daytona. Be safe but have fun! |

Never loose my inner fender. It saved my ass after a major rocker box blow out. I am keeping the manta tank it doesn't look right with the slim tank. As for the tail is going to be modded soon. |

Buell should use that design to bring back a tube frame model. They could use a tube frame, an XB motor and Firebolt fairing. I'll bet it would be a big seller. Yeah, I know I'm just dreaming. Good work Spiderman! |

Well a update from Daytona riding. Our campsite was way out so quite a few spots to open her up. The new motor pulls HARD. and the added faring adds a nice bit o' wind protection. Plus all the Buellers that seen it were totally confused LOL |

Nice work, that bike looks sweet. Really clean work. S1 tail with an X1 chin maybe? You wouldn't be able to ride for all the folks wanting to know what it was. The stealth look is awesome, some white McFarlane (MacFarlane?) style webs on there would be cool. |

Spidey...The last time you had a Web Idea, you posted pics of your girl friend and had to leave town shortly thereafter. When are you ever going to learn? |

Stayed until 1 am and rode towards Main street, sat in traffic trying to get on a side street and XB was gettin hot, said screw it went to bed about 230 am. Did you see the orange and polished XB9R? It was great to get Buellers together. Tryin to go to the homecoming, and of course Daytona 2005. Hope to post some pics this weekend(my son knows how to do that! Hey, Tony; do you still want those stickers? Let me know, and I'll get them in the mail. It's a good thing you guys left Friday; the "Wheelie King" and his buddies got drunk and kept everybody in the campground up all night on Friday night. They finally passed out around 5:00 AM Saturday morning. I was out of there by 7:30. Thanks for sharing your campsite with me, it helped to keep my expenses down. The ride home was good until mid-New Jersey. The last 300 miles were in rain and snow and thoroughly miserable. It sucked bad enough that I'll remember it for a long, long time. Otherwise, it was a magnificent trip. |

Tony, don't bother about the stickers from the IMS show. The Buell demo display had a ton of them, and I picked up about a dozen. Friday afternoon, I was passing by the demo area, and Erik was there on crutches. I gave him a little shit about disobeying doctors' orders, but it was neat to see him. He said that everything is healing, and that no pins or hardware was going to be necessary, so that's a good thing. I'll get those stickers in the mail tomorrow morning. |
