And to call it a "sport bike" is really loose. It's best described as a "streetfighter". Buell's are great on the streets, but so far, lacking at the racetrack. Hmm... I recall reading about some wins recently. |

"Buell, Victory and Harly Davidson do not make sport bikes, except if you consider the HD V-Rod" At 630 lbs, 18" wheels, a 36° lean angle and more chrome than a 1950's low-rider, a VR isn't really what I'd call a "sportbike". |

I see Court posted a response: >>>>And to call it a “sport bike” is really loose. It’s best described as a “streetfighter”. Buell’s are great on the streets, but so far, lacking at the racetrack. That is the Buell that won the last 3 rounds of AMA racing over the last 3 weeks in front of Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Aprilia and Ducati? The same Buell that was named by a major British publication as the “best handling motorcycle”? http://www.buell.com This may help clear things up. http://www.speedtv.com/video/popup/?bcpid=13367378 93&bclid=595234603&bctid=21052624001 |

Let the ignorant call it whatever they want. Mine is a sportbike, and it will be a cold day in hell before I ever trade mine for something else (unless it's another Buell) V-Rod a sportbike? Thanks, I needed a good laugh. |

I don't believe Buell is a sport bike. From what I've been told sport bikes are all those bikes I pass... |

This is what I tried to post but it wouldn't allow me to. "Holy smokes, you mean to tell me the bike I've been spanking all the 600's and 1/2 the 1000's on isn't a sportbike...Imagine if I had a sportbike I'd be the next Joey D." |

I wish my Insurance company would see that they aren't sport bikes! |
