testing image posting with Safari 3.2.1. Keep getting Discus errors. Noted that next screen says, "Please provide the files for the following referenced images/attachments. Then click on "UPLOAD" to continue. Note: If you do not see a "Browse..." button next to the blanks below, then your browser does not support form-based file upload and you will not be able to upload images/attachments to your post. Any versions of Netscrape or MSIE since version 4 should support file uploading. Provide file for neonfirebolt:" I don't see a "Browse" buton but there is a "Choose File" button.  Worked this time. Hmmm, why? Maybe because I did a "Back" click to do some more editing before the final Submit? But then the original post got submitted with a "?" instead of the pic. Then when I finished editing and hit Submit, a second post was generated. Weird. I've never had this much trouble trying to post a pic before I upgraded to Safari ver 3.2.1. Maybe the previous version 3.0.2 was more robust? (Message edited by sparky on February 14, 2009) | ||

Ah, so the problem lies with refinement of Discus software then, to be more compatible with more than just a subset of the most popular browsers? I don't know. I never had this problem before, but note: my last pic post worked and I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. {OK, so somebody fixed the SW glitch in the interim?) Thanks!? | ||

The only way it can be fixed is if they changed the message to "Click the button below", as there is an infinite combination of what the button can say. Every browser says something different. Some inferior browsers don't even show the text box at all.   | ||
