Per Mod's request, I apologize to Ed (EZ) for calling him an ass and suggesting that he should off himself. That was an impolite and ill-worded statement. I also apologize to anyone else here who was offended by my remarks. I still believe that it is offensive in the extreme to advocate genocide, even against those who may wish the same on us, but I will refrain from expressing such views in uncivil terms in the future in these forums. | ||

Don't sweat it - I feel pretty heated about that topic. Its bleeding hearts that got Israel so screwed up, and using your children like that is inhuman. I could go on but you get my drift - I also apologize for egging you on like that - I usually don't post to those topics, but I will say that the Koran says nothing about using your children as weapons, etc. - See - probably one of the few topics that can set me off. Daltons right though - please at least cover the bikes, better would be to have them indoors. EZ | ||

Yeah, it gets me salty too. Still, sorry I was kind of a dick about it. And you're right--I've read the Koran, too, and it specifically forbids doing chicken-S things like using kids as human shields (or walking bombs) and attacking the innocent. Our enemy isn't Abdul Six-Pack (nonalcoholic, of course) who does his job, loves his kids and goes to Mosque on Fridays. Our enemy is the con-man who convinces Abdul that seventy-two virgins await him in Paradise if he'll just, oh, maybe go blow up that schoolbus over there. OK, OK, I'll shut up now. My parents are diehard Dems and their best friends diehard Repubs. Still best friends, and everyone can agree that Scientologists suck and American vehicles (cough cough BUELL) are the best.
