Lumpy AppleLips, Tee Hee this is fun!!!! And to think I had an awful day at work too!! It seems last Thursday when I became fustrated after driving from Kalamazoo(Yes there is one) to Lansing because my time just had to be in because the secretary who used to do it is horribly overworked and will not do it anymore, because my laptop would not find the time coding after auto downloading the new DCDS program and nobody would take my call at the help desk while I was in Kalamazoo, and when I did get the laptop to Lansing and waited for two hours for a tech to come up and look at the thing and then tell me "It's not my job", so when I called the Human Resources lady and when I got the voice mail for the second time and left a message with a heavy slam of the phone at he end,,,, I of all people got called out on the carpet for it!!!! It went quite well today though after I processed a $20,000 claim, and the supervisor told me "We are now living in a different time, we are now ruled by a bunch of twenty somethings with delicate senseabilities, now I want you to know this means nothing and keep up the good work". So the moral is: Phones have been slammed since they have been invented, so Human Resources lady either get used to having phones slammed in your ear when you don't answer your phone or improve your performance so you don't frustrate your fellow workers! BE the team player you are making us all become! And to think this is after all of the forced Governors Values sessions. I did leave an apology on the Human Resourses lady voice mail today and said I would have rather done it in person but I keep getting her voice mail. Thank you, fellow Buellies, I needed that.
