I'll be there -- be prepared to get hit up for a donation for Grag's family! It starts in Pine Bluff, ends in Leland -- Buellers, lang ao and far away, used to meet at a Starbucks in Manona (?), on the east side of Madtown Chicago riders used to meet at teh Belvidere Trollway Oasis to defrost, refuel, and tell lies, around 7 or so, if memory serves |

I'd go, but once again, my M2 is loaded with problems. I've had more f'in problems this year, it's pissing me off. So, it's spent more time down this year than ridable. Makes me mad, and want something more reliable I can ride hard. |

this is an entirely chaotic event -- no organizers, no route, no agenda, no nuthin except good fun all that said, folks usually show up at Pine Bluff (take County Road S west off of US 12) around 8 to 10 -- and leave for Leland an hour or three afterwards -- the route to Leland is variable, chosen by the riders involved -- suffice it to say, you can make a day of riding some great roads in the area . . . . good fun to have at each end of the run, as well, with all sorts of scoots of all makes/ages/interests showing up . . . . . . |

I'll be there, but only at Pine Bluff. I wont likely be able to go to Leland. |

I'll be there. I'll be bringing a couple others too. Hey Steve, you wanna bring that motor mount that you had for the S3? I'm not sure if Melissa is coming with. I was thinking of taking the XB if it was just going to be me, but I think I might bring the S3 instead. What time you looking at being in Pine Bluff? Koz - I'd love to join you again, but I think we'll be leaving around 9am. I'll see if they want to leave earlier and then ride down with your group. If not, I'll make sure to look for you when we get down there. (Message edited by chadr81 on September 25, 2008) |

I think Yooper71 and myself will be there. I know Buellerandy had talked about going but I am not too sure what he decided. We haven't really talked logistics yet though. |

Rocket and Daves -- sorry you won't be able to make it, gents, but it sounds like you're involved with outstanding alternate activites . . . all else -- remember to empty your penny jars, check the sofa for spare change, and skip lunch for a week -- I'll be passing a helmet for Dana Rennie, Greg Holman's best friend -- there are a number of other fundraising activities ongoing, and we'll combine them into one check |

Chad,HOW YA DOING! Well if you change your mind, you know where we will be. I think my group runs slower then what you are used to anyway, all those old guys I ride with. Hey, I got a new toy, 1984 Yamaha XT600 (Dual purpose). |

Koz - Please tell me you'll be bringing the M2 and not the XT600. I could drool all day over your M2. I picked up a new toy too - from Steve Mackay. A '98 S3T. I'm up in the air which one I should bring... the XB or the S3. Either way, I'll look for you there. |

Steve is a great guy. I knew him back when I lived in Milwaukee. I even know that bike you bought! The S3 will be more comfortable, I think. I am bringing the M2, the XT is a BuZzY ride on the freeway (however it may be fun on teh lake this winter!) |

All -- I'll be in PB about 9:30 or so -- I'll likely be in the parking lot of the big bar on the SE corner of the only intersection in town ;-} swing by, make a donation to the Greg Holman fund, and joint up as I try to recreate the afternoon of the 30 U-turns (thanks Paul!) . . . . it'll be good for your soul on a number of levels . . . . If finding a grey-haired fella in black leather isn't specific enough . . . . . 847-502-1833 is my cell (Message edited by bomber on September 29, 2008) |

I figured that it'd get ya out of the woods, R_T ;-} And, yessir, we will -- the Crud's getting Squidlier every year, but I know some nice roads around their usualy stomping grounds . . . . . Nutz -- I have no data about a Sat evening rendezvous, but that doesn't mean there isn't one -- my Saturday night will be spent with family helping OMB celebrate her birthday (she's so much younger than me ;-} |
