Had to ride about 75 miles in the rain today, and the Dunlop Qualifiers were OUTSTANDING. I've never cornered so fast in the rain without a hicup. Only one small slide, and that was on a wet white stripe. On the pavement it was perfect. |

I have never been a fan of Dunlop tyres previously, and have always swapped out for Pirelli or Michelin as soon as possible on bikes supplied with Dunlop tyres from new. However, I have to agree about the Dunlop Qualifiers, they are outstanding! Last year we helped Performance Bikes magazine with a project XB12R they were doing, supplying them with exhausts and suspension etc. They changed from Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa to the Dunlop Qualifiers and were immediately over a second a lap faster on track and much happier on the road too. Cornering was much better and lean angles were increased substantially! I have them on the XR1200 and cannot fault them, wet or dry. |
