So somehow "Pastor Thomas Kerney" got ahold of my phone number. I've been getting ANNOYING LOUD calls from him for a little more than a month. I've researched him and searched for #s associated to him and gotten nowhere. I've even called his church and the recptioist (smartass) has informed me that I HAD to have called them first, and that there is NO WAY to remove me from the list, as its not a list its a machine!! Today she told me if I'm "lucky" Monday I can talk to the pastor's son, and he can tell me himself that I cant get off the list. Anyone else dealt with them and won? I'm literally ready to take them to court over it for harassment. They just called, low and behold after threatening court last time SOMEHOW they found a way to remove my #!!!!!! Crossed fingers. |

If you are on the do not call list, they are breaking the law by calling you. |

call your local phone company, ask them how you can block an incoming call from that number. It will be *68 or something like that. |

Call your state attorney general's office. Worked for me when I had collection agencies calling me because someone had given out my number as theirs. That someone by the way is now up for $100,000 embezzlement charge, from a church none the less. |

Here in NY it's called Aggravated Harrassment and is a misdemeanor. Check into it with your local PD |

Use www.abbyme.com to return the favor. Especially effective if you can get a personal number. You can have the call from his own office. |
