Nice bikes....anyone else notice which one gets most of the attention? The Duc is clean... The 650 has a few decals claiming some possible farkles... But the XB is boasting CRG's (?), a steering stabilizer, a lipstick cam, a wave front rotor, kellerman signals, bar end mirrors, a race kit (?) and probably a few more goodies that we cant see. This mans got his priorities straight. NICE! (Message edited by TORQUEMONSTER on August 29, 2008) |

Wow... I dont get online for one day and look at all the questions I have to answer. Lets see..... How do you get three bikes? Well they all happened to be really good deals and serve a different purpose. The Buell is my twisty road two seater with a bad attitude. The Duc is flat out, insanely fast, sexy italian, single riding adrenalin rush. The sv is so I don't throw one of the others down a track! The 999 is just raw power! Under 60mph it handles like a dog, over 100 it literally becomes an extension of your body. I think about where I want to go and it just seems to end up there! I dont think about being in ditches! The box between the seat in the XB is a tire pressure monitor system that I am testing for a friend. Its Pricey, but really is pretty useful once you get used to it. Look here: http://www.doranmfg.com/motorcycle-tire-pressure-m onitoring-systems.htm And yes a super motard is on the horizon, I'm thinking KTM 690 or 990, have to see what is out there. |
