Just wanted to say thanks to Al at American Sportbike for helping me out with a non-functional works shock. I bought the shock just shy of a year ago. it worked great for the first year. After the winter though the ride got progressively worse, bad enough that I put the leaky showa back on. I tried reaching Works for warranty via phone and email, but no luck. Sent Al an email and all was taken care of. Now the shock is fixed and on its way home. less than 3 weeks including the 4th holiday Good customer service is hard enough to fine, great customer service is a whole 'nother thing. Al just hit another one out of the park Thanks! |
