I'd say it's viable. Could be done similar to that bridge/tunnel across the Chesapeake Bay. They could put little tourist stops along the way with small beaches for the portions that are above the water. Then small seafood spots and rest areas under the water in small 2-4 car pullouts with windows to watch the sea life swim past. Entirely doable. April 1st is just another day. |
