Tell me about it... I spent entirely too much money on my bike. Uly handguards, torque grips, CRG levers, new Stradas, brake flush, new EBC HH pads, Amsoil oil change, new tank bag, changed fork oil for 10w, etc. On my roommates Triumph we got some new D220's, brake flush, fresh paint (after endo...), LSL pegs (right side was broken after endo...), and an oil change. All my gear is stacked and ready to rock. I'm bringing some basic tools and spare brake/clutch levers. Is anyone from Ohio bringing a tire repair kit and brake/shifter assy's for the XB's? Does anyone have the link to the agressive suspension settings? (Message edited by Thumper74 on March 11, 2008) (Message edited by Thumper74 on March 11, 2008) |

Thumper, I'm bringing a good amount of basic tools, plus a tire plug kit and air compressor. I've got plenty of room (large tank bag, huge seat bag, and ventura rack bag) so you don't have to worry about tools if you need that room for anything else. Just let me know what kind of tools you were going to bring, and I'll make sure they're in my kit. (but then I guess you'd be screwed if you broke on the way home, since we'll be splitting up) Supta you. |

Beer's too heavy for my bags Say it isn't so!!! --- Can't be!!! --- Never happen!!! The obvious mistake here is that the bags aren't heavy enough to haul enough beer! |

I have transported beer in my bags before, but I couldn't take clothes with me. I don't think anyone would wanna hangout after 3 or 4 days in the same boxers and socks... I can fit a 12 pack of cans in each side of my Coretec bags |

Guys - I'm a last minute tag along here, so any help is GREATLY appreciated. Is there anyone going down that has either a trailer to put my bike on, a car to ride in, or a place to stay for me? Or all three??? Also, if I can't find a place to stay, is the camping at TWO really free??? I'll be checking back here but feel free to PM me with any info. |

Click on the T.W.O. link above for camping tent site rates. I don't think it is free. Not sure about nearby forests though. Edit to add: rates
quote:CAMPGROUND Price is per night No reservation required for camping, no minimum stay, roll in anytime. If you roll in late please respect the other campers. $12.00 per person $20.00 for 2 up on 1 motorcycle

1200 r, As it stands right now I have one seat available in truck and also one spot on trailer. If I'm not mistaken I'm sure we have room in cabin as well but no bed space (sleeping bag would work). With 4 in truck we each take a fuel stop and as far as cabin we divide it up between all of us. Oh and the cabin is about 15 miles from TWO. |

Just dropped my leathers off at the shop to add some Buell patches! Now I HAVE to wear the leathers to Badness! I'm still worried about my Strada's. They were new last fall, and have somewhere between 1000-1500 miles on them now. They look great! But after last years issues, I'm just nervous. I don't want another "You know your back tire is completely corded right?" Not a good thing to hear 500 miles from home. I'll set up my new tent in my living room next week to make sure all is good. Mike, I'd replace them. After skulling the Strada at 1800 miles and killing a front Avon Storm last year, I have made an official rule that I don't leave home without brand new rubber front and rear when coming to Badness or Buelltoberfest. It simply isn't worth the risk. |

Mike if you or anyone else runs into tire problems while your down there I'll have a set of spares with me. NEBO will also have a No-Mar bar to make the change. |
