Mert HIMSELF!

I was interested in information about the headlight on his street tracker and I was dumbfounded to be talking to Mert himself.

Quite a trip...The very guy from "On Any Sunday"

He answered all of my questions and was most polite -considering I called at 8:30 am (his time).

Nice guy and very helpful.

thumper; yes it is.

i spoke with him a couple years ago, was amazed that he answered the phone.

the other one that surprised me was Bruce Canepa from Canepa Design, i spoke with him many years ago about his CF pushrod tubes. he has/had a sweet tuber.
