Member there, but I seem to be here all the time, never did get along with the BMW farkle crowd. Gizmos and gadgets do not make adventure. Ride the damn thing. |

I'm here and there too. We have a good local crowd over there. I am riding in dirt more and more and loving it. I know my next bike will probably be truer Dual Sport. |

I started lurking over there when the Uly was first being hinted at, just to see the reaction of Non-Buellers. It's been a heck of a show! Some of the same old comments came up (it's got that LUMP of a motor, why the exhaust under there?...blah blah blah) but it seems to have won over some die hard haters. Fun site to lurk. Jo Momma cracks me up. Love DD's Uly picks from down under. |

ADVrider seems to have disappeared. I haven't been able to raise it in the past 2 days |

Hi Guys, I'm now in southern Illinois at a Super 8 and I now can open ADVrider... it must be a problem being blocked or something from my internet provider "Charter". Dickc |

You’re using the same laptop that was having the issue getting to ADV in the first place? If so it does sound like your internet provider. Give them a ring, I recently had a friend of mine that couldn't get to his or my websites because our web hosting company got blocked. |

I think it is an upstream routing problem. There are automatic routing tables that get constructed automatically on the fly on upstream routers, and they can get fouled up. They refresh every so often though, and reset when rebooted, so it can clear itself up with time. If you can find an open proxy somewhere, or VPN into your work account (if you have one), that will let you work around the problem as well. |

I'm in Marianna, Florida and have connected to ADVrider. I'm using the same laptop that I was having problems with... I'm also a little SLOW... you know computer wise and other things too! I was at home using these computers... not at work... I'm retired... now what should I do? When I get home I will contact Charter... my ISP! Thanks All, Dickc |
