Clean up that master cylinder will you Greg? Kinda like a smokin' hot woman with a piece of spinach stuck in her teeth. |

Clean up that master cylinder will you Greg? I know, but what to do? Sand and paint seems simplest. Rocket, what's that 916 look like? Does it have a 955cc engine? The TVR gages on the homebuilt? |

I grow weary of spending more and more money on this project. The billet master cylinder cover seems worthwhile.I've spent a little over $12,000 on this bike since last March on go-fast goodies. It never ends! I'm saving now for a PC-III USB thingy Rocket,no pics of the 916?? |

I've 'lost' all my good pic's on another computer I need to sort the hard drive from. This is the only pic I have on this puter. Sorry. I will take some sometime though, but she's wrapped up for winter at the mo. I'm still waiting for my friend to pay me, as he's buying the 916 back from me. Technically it's still mine, but it's on its way back to its rightful owner, lol. At least selling it back to my friend I bought it off five years ago, means I still get to borrow it. For now I've got a few quid to spend on the Buell before riding season. I've got the TVR too. I'm trying to sort out a plan for the V8 bike as well. I haven't ruled out getting it to Bonneville, but I think this year will be concentrated on getting it road legal, then I'll start looking for a really hot tuned V8 motor. You NEED a Quickshifter on the 996. Trust me!
Bebop, not come across them, but nice link, nice bikes. Thanks. Rocket |

Here's a link to a motor that just sold on eBay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ROVER-V8-4-5-LITRE-PETROL-EN GINE_W0QQitemZ300194560220QQihZ020QQcategoryZ31349 QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Would have been perfect for the V8 bike, but as you can see, these things don't come cheap, nor do they come up often. Way to expensive for me tastes. But if I could find a loaner. Rocket |
