Really cool KTM from Jesse Rooke and a Duc from Roland Sands.

I'd love to get a set of RS's rims for my bike. |

I know you can get them for VR's, available for Buell? |

I wish. I'd like to call them some time to see if they can be done. Wouldn't be cheap but it would settle my curiosity. |

That KTM is just about perfect. |

Holy crap, talk about turning some great bikes into hideous monstrosities. I don't think chopper styling and performance bikes should mix. |

eye of the beholder Rick. I'm leary on that too, but after seeing some Roland Sands work on Vr's and Busa's, I'd love to have one. |

two of my favorite designer/builders... Rooke + Sands met Jesse at the SuMo races in CT over the summer, cool to see the KTM project together. |

Both machines are dope! However, I lost all respect for Rooke when he dissed Mitchell on Build or Bust. |

what happened? The contestant was to use a Jesse Rooke chassis kit and Exile components but could not build a bike to save his life so they kicked him off. But because it was such a tight idea Rooke and Mitchell were gonna finish it. They built an amazing machine but then started disagreeing about paint. Rooke pitched a fit and walked off the showing saying he was not interested because there was no money in it for him. |

thnx, now i remember, yeah, that was weak. but they both were acting like idiots... Mitchell didn't want anything but black paint, right? too funny, both looked like spoiled little brats on that episode. still like the creations coming from both builders though |

Mitchell didn't want anything but black paint, right? Yep. And your right they were both acting like brats. But Mitchell sat back with his arms crossed while Rooke through a tantrum. Agreed that both builders creations are highly impressive! |

Agreed that both builders creations are highly impressive! Do you really think this stuff is unscripted? They have writers for these shows, and the "tantrums" are to make them seem more interesting...drama! Rasslin' is fake too. |

don't like any of Rooke's works, but Roland Sands has turned out a few good ones. I like custom KTM's and Duc's of a different flavor.

Right now I really like, but don't lust after the 1125R. If they made a version of it that looked like that custom KTM but with a manta tank, it would be something I don't know if I could live without. With all the really nice looking tube framed bikes out there right now, I think Buell could do really well with a updated Cyclone. Bill |
