Seen it. It's real. You can tell by the Hershey left in his leathers. |

Notice that helmet and leathers? I'm pretty sure that Rossi in the 125 or 250 class |

The other telling thing is the number on his bike. #1 is not awarded for anything other than winning the previous year's championship in any motorcycle racing organization I'm aware of. The guy has the skills to pay the bills (and a fair bit of luck too) |

Did Rossi ever ride with a number other than his father's old "46?" One of the problems he had with Honda (and why he left) is that they were trying to force him to run with the "1" number but he refused. He is very superstitious about things like that. |

just goes to show what kind of an athlete you have to be in order to race a motorcycle also. |

All I can say is WOW! That dude was highside city. What really made me question the legitimacy was his forward progression over the bars was smoothly reversed. Almost like a John Madden replay. Very nice indeed, thanks for the confirmation. |

I think he did. Rode it down very slow on the grass and then took off. |

Would have been cool if Mamola did a couple of steps and hopped on like you see rodeo stunt riders and cowboys in westerns do to mount a horse. Major style points if he managed it before he hit the grass. |

Looks like he was dragging his left foot, I bet all he wanted was off at that point. |
