Sitting outside SW Wisconsin's best burger joint(which is actually a small trailer) called "PETE'S BURGERS" in Prairie du Chein, WI and see a brand spankin new Uly go by with an older gentleman and lady on it. No helmet, shorts and flipflops on each. Reminds me of all the treads of ATGATT as I finish my third PETE'S with raw onions, I look at my helmet and see the bug guts the size of quarters on my face shield thinking that that would have to leave a bruise if it hit bare skin. Then I start to think about how the top of the guys feet must feel from shifting. Oh well, to each his or her own, I guess. OK I'm done rambling. Happy Buelling!

Just because they bought the right bike dont make em smart. I saw it a few times this weekend. Always amazes me that they think it cant happen to them. Oh well, cant change the world, can we?

Makes me cringe just thinking of it.

Helmet's are compulsory here, but what good a 20 year old salad bowl's going to do you I've no idea.

Darwin rules!

That said, the French bike cops all ride in shirtsleeves, cavalry britches, & polished leather riding boots, when the weather's nice.

I'm starting to see the same thing with BMW riders around here. NOTGNOTT. I don't get it.
