Mopar (Chrysler) Sells a engine de gunker. I forget the name but you fill yhe plugs let it sit for a bit and crank her over, change your oil and you are all set. Doin carb cleaner when the bike is runnin works well also, just squirt an rev to keep the engine runnin. Oh Yeah the water thing works too. |

Similar to what Spidey said, I believe GM has something called "Top Engine Cleaner" or something. I honestly can't say if any of these chemicals or techniques actually work, but I've heard testimonials for all of them. I may be trying this stuff on the Dyna so I may be a Guinnea Pig... -Saro |

I don't think any method discriminates all that much about CC or Valve. The only thing I have heard for sure is that with any of the solvent based methods you've gotta do an oil change immediately afterwards. Too much unhappiness in oil... -Saro |

I've done the water mist thing for years on both cars and bikes. As long as you don't get carried away and hydro lock the motor it works better good. I getting ready to do it to my Mopar 360 tomorrow. JT |
